Educational Qualification: As per RITES official notification candidate should have completed 10th, ITI, Diploma, Degree from any of the recognized board or University.
- Supervisor and Construction Manager: Degree in Civil Engineering
- Draftsman: 10th, ITI in Civil Engineering Assistant/ Draughtsman (Civil)/ Surveyor/ CAD Operator in Autocad/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Fitter/ Machinist Turner Trade
- Quality Assurance & Control Engineer: Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Power Supply/ Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/ Power Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Railways/ Mechatronics & Automobile Engineering
- Field Quality Control Engineer: Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical
